The musical has been very well received in London and tickets for the first half of the year have been snapped up before the show has even started!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"500\" src=\"https:\/\/askalocal.london\/GB\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Hamilton.webp\" alt=\"Hamilton at Victoria Palace Theatre, London 2023\" class=\"wp-image-2882\" srcset=\"https:\/\/askalocal.london\/GB\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Hamilton.webp 800w, https:\/\/askalocal.london\/GB\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Hamilton-300x188.webp 300w, https:\/\/askalocal.london\/GB\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Hamilton-768x480.webp 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Hamilton at Victoria Palace Theatre, London 2023<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Story<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Set during the American Revolution and the establishment of the USA as an independent country, this award-winning musical tells the story of Alexander Hamilton, a West Indian-born immigrant who assisted George Washington during the Revolutionary War and became the first US Secretary of the Treasury.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The musical<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hamilton is an elaborate and precise musical that combines musical theatre music with modern hip-hop.<br>The actors sing most of the show, and even when they speak, it&#8217;s in rhythm!<br>Unlike other musicals currently running, the set is fixed; you get to enjoy excellent acting in a very well invested production; the period costumes were impressive!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who Will Enjoy The Musical? Tickets &amp; More Information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This musical is not suitable for children and requires an intermediate level plus English.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is currently playing at the West End <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/hxMtvczs4xN4rV5P9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Victoria Palace Theatre<\/a>, located in the City of Westminster, central London.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tickets <\/strong>are available from <a href=\"https:\/\/aal.londontheatredirect.com\/musical\/hamilton-west-end-tickets\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener sponsored nofollow\">London Theatre Direct<\/a> &amp; <a href=\"https:\/\/headout.pxf.io\/vNP97L\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener sponsored nofollow\">Headout<\/a> and are currently on sale until March 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Heads-up: Hamilton is recommended for ages 10+.
