How to find tickets to a sold out show or event?

London shows and events are often at a high demand. The best shows are sold out weeks or months in advance.

You should never give up hope of findings tickets, as there are some great sites where tickets can be legally and securely exchanged between members of the public with a guarantee from the site.
These sites are usually for people who have already bought tickets but unable to attend.

Remember that on these sites you pay commission for their service, so prices may be more expensive than the face value. However, you do get the guarantee that the tickets are valid and authentic!

Hotwire – recommended website for secret hotels!
Prices are usually lower than the prices available on the hotel site.
We’ve used this site and got a great hotel! The price was significntly cheaper and it saved us time searching and reading all the recommendations :)
The site also covers Flights, Car Rental, and packages.

Priceline – Another recommended site for secret hotels.  Similar to Hotwire, you book your hotel based on the location, price, star rating, and amenities, BUT you are not told the exact name and address of the hotel until you confirm your booking.

Lastminute – One of UK’s leading online travel & leisure site, offering deals on hotels, city breaks, flights, spa and theatre tickets. You’ll find excellent last-minute deals, however it also offers deals for months in advance.

Hotels.com which also offer apartments, B&B, etc; even though the name of the website might suggest otherwise :)

Now, you can enjoy Amazon UK even as a tourists, by using the Amazon Locker service.
Just select a locker location convenient to you, using a code you will receive by email, you can just come and pick it up! Usually it is a ‘next day’ delivery :)
