The Book of Mormon, Best Musical Ever!
The Musical
GO, just GO! I cannot recommend it enough!
The Book of Mormon is by far the best musical I’ve ever seen – hysterically funny, sharp and bold, and I would expect nothing less from the creators of South Park, Trey Parker and Matt Stone, who co-wrote the show with Robert Lopez.
In London, as in New York, the musical The Book of Mormon is a huge success! The musical has won 9 (!) Tony Awards, including one for Best Musical.
By all accounts, it is a musical that will stay in London for many years to come!
The Story
The award-winning comedy takes a hilarious and cynical look at religion with some exceptionally catchy songs that will have you humming all the way home (and maybe even at home, years after!).
It focuses on young Mormon missionaries and what happens to them on their journey to and in their ‘desired destination’, Uganda, as they try to convert the locals.
